You can own your dream home, we can help

You can own your dream home, we can help. It can be a headache going through all the loops and hoops of home buying when you’re not working with a realtor or other real estate expert. For all those who are trying to make this work, but can’t seem to get the sale off the ground, read this:
With our popular Rent to Own Homes program, owning your dream home is a lot easier than you think. Would you like to live in that home now, build equity, and improve your credit all without having to qualify with a bank?  You don’t need perfect credit or bank approval. Our Rent to Own Homes program may be the answer you’re looking for. Don’t get stuck renting again, call us now.
There are a lot of duties involved in being a realtor, and that’s why a lot of energy is spent on their education before they can take the job. If you’re wanting to go at it alone, remember that you’re going to have to take on a lot of necessary tasks that you may not have thought of. In the sales process, dealing with a private home owner brings up a lot of conflict of interests with no middleman to resolve it.
If you have a house to sell we may have a better option that listing with a real estate agent. Did you know that on average it may take 3-6 months to sell your house? Did you know the average real estate commission is 6% of your sales price and that most buyers ask you to pay another 3% on top of that to cover their costs? What if you can’t afford to pay the commission, don’t have the time to sell, or your house needs a few more repairs? We have options.
For sale by owner transactions can really be executed successfully; it happens all the time. Just make sure you have all of your ducks in a row. Do your research. Consult the professionals at every turn they’re available. If you find yourself at a brick wall, you may still be able to hire a real estate agent to represent you even though the homeowner has opted-out of that service. Luck and insight will help you along the way.
